- At the pre-implementation stage complete a current and future stage gap analysis covering change complexity as well as mindsets, skills and habits for business readiness and integrated intelligence
- During the transition stage, understand how to maintain clarity and deliver cross functional change adoption
- Understand the ‘what’ and ‘how’ of creating adaptive capabilities that create sustained adoption of the changes
